MEQANICS warranty
Every MEQANICS machine includes a manufacturer's warranty against material and manufacturing defects. Its length depends on how the machine is used.
Term by type of use
3 years
Personal / domestic use
Purchased for domestic or occasional use, with no economic activity or commercial purpose.
1 year
Professional / industrial use
Use as part of a business, self-employed trade, workshop, training, rental, or any continuous/intensive production use.
What the warranty covers
Material or manufacturing defects that appear under normal use, in line with the instruction manual.
Repair or replacement of defective parts, at MEQANICS's discretion.
Specialised technical support through MEQANICS SERVICE CENTER for the whole warranty period.
What the warranty does not cover
Normal wear from use: consumables such as electrodes, nozzles, tips, cables, belts or carbon brushes.
Damage from misuse, negligence, accident, or failure to follow the instruction manual.
Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised workshops.
Use of non-original parts, accessories or consumables.
Damage from external causes: power surges, incorrect electrical supply, humidity, corrosion or transport after delivery.
Lack of periodic maintenance as specified in the manual.
Professional or industrial use of a machine registered as personal use — MEQANICS determines actual use from the circumstances of the claim (invoice type, installation site, usage pattern, etc.) and, where applicable, the 1-year term applies from the purchase date.
How to activate and claim your warranty

Register your machine stating the type of use, as soon as possible after purchase.

Keep your proof of purchase — you can attach it directly when registering the machine.

If you spot a problem, open a ticket in MEQANICS SERVICE CENTER from your account, category "Warranty", stating the registered machine.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, the rights consumer protection law grants the buyer.
